Advanced Biogas & Bio CBG Solutions

At Uzzala Bio Energy Solutions, we develop advanced Plug Flow Digester systems for Bio CBG and biogas plants, enabling efficient conversion of agricultural residues, energy crops, and organic waste into renewable energy.

Our digesters are designed to process high-solids biomass such as Napier grass, crop residues, cow dung, press mud, and organic waste, ensuring stable digestion, high methane yield, and reliable long-term plant performance.

With a focus on thermophilic digestion technology, our systems maximize gas production while maintaining operational stability for large-scale Bio CBG projects.

What is a Plug Flow Digester?

A Plug Flow Digester is an advanced anaerobic digestion reactor designed to process organic biomass with high solids content. Unlike conventional stirred reactors, biomass moves slowly through the digester in a continuous flow pattern.

During this movement, microorganisms break down organic material step-by-step through the stages of:

  • Hydrolysis
  • Acidogenesis
  • Acetogenesis
  • Methanogenesis

This controlled process converts biomass into:

Biogas / Bio CBG
High-quality organic fertilizer (digestate)

Plug Flow technology ensures predictable residence time, stable microbial activity, and higher methane yield compared to traditional systems.

Advantages of Plug Flow Digesters

Plug Flow digesters offer several advantages for modern Bio CBG projects:

  • Higher biogas yield
  • Efficient digestion of high-solids biomass
  • No dilution water requirement
  • Lower electricity consumption
  • Compact plant footprint
  • Stable biological process
  • Lower operational cost
